The
aim of this blog is to provide a platform for reviews and features
about any folk metal band from around the world. For the sake of
clarity 'folk metal' is defined as any band that blends elements of
folk and heavy metal, in song structure, instrumentation etc. What
constitutes 'folk metal' for the purposes of this blog is merely my
own interpretation/opinion and as such may not remain consistent and
is subject to change without notice!
Posting
may be slow in the beginning as the blog finds its feet but please
bear with us, content should hopefully become more regular over time.
The first posts won't appear for a few weeks yet, but in the meantime
you can subscribe
to our RSS feed or follow
us on Twitter to be alerted of any new developments.
